High power pulsed laser diode drivers, DPSP product line. They are is equipped with an additional internal (PUI) or external (PUE) pulse unit and an internal pulse generator (PCG). A rise time of 1 µs is achievable. CW operation up to short pulsed mode is possible.

Modular DPD Driver for CW Operation, DPDP for Pulsed and Burst Operation

The modular product line DPD for CW operation is powered by a 3-phase input voltage 196 V … 530 V. It has an integrated power factor correction (PFC). The power ranges up to 4800W and it’s expandable up to 13200 W.

The product line DPDP is based on the DPD and can be used for pulse mode and burst mode.

DT for CW- and Modulating Operation with TEC Controller, DTP for Pulsed Operation with TEC Controller

The maximum diode current is 60 A, the maximum diode voltage 49 V. The TEC Controller for Peltier elements attains a precision of +/-0,1°K at voltages up to +/-49 V and currents up to +/-15 A.
