Semiconductor lasers

Han’s TianCheng (TCS) manufactures wide range of high brightness fiber coupled diode laser modules with output power up to hundreds of watts, and wavelength from UV to near infrared. These products are widely used in the field of material processing, diode-pumped solid-state pumping, fiber laser pumping, laser display, medical application and scientific research. Han’s TCS also provides special wavelengths and multi-wavelength products, and other customized products and OEM services for the customers.

Pumping sources

  • 808 nm fiber coupled diode lasers: 7 W, 30 W and 120 W for solid state laser pumping and laser illumination

Detachable fiber, easy to maintain. Wavelength can be locked at 808 ± 0.5 nm.

  • 915 nm fiber coupled diode lasers: 10 W, 30 W, 80 W, 180 W, 200 W for solid state and fiber laser pumping

High power blue lasers 450 nm

Wavelength 450±10 nm, multi-chip package and fiber output. Built-in long-term stability, high brightness and power density.

Laser direct imaging (LDI) 405 nm

  •  12 W, 20 W, 24 W, 30 W, 50 W and 100 W

Multi-chips package and coupling in one output fiber, analog/RS232/RS485 control mode (optional). High electro-optic conversion efficiency, low power consumption. Lightweight, compact and easy to maintain.
